Globalization has produced changes that have fostered technical progress and competition in the hotel business. Two factors are responsible for success of business industry: management high quality services. Human resources represents a new segment managing organizing activities, ie method considering employees their potentials health tourism center. This paper aims to determine impact human resource on motivation, effect incentives safety employee performance motivation performance.
